We are looking for an Associate to join our Government & Infrastructure team, advising public bodies and private sector organisations on a broad range of non-contentious commercial matters, with a particular focus on major regeneration projects.
Responsibilities:
- Major projects and regeneration β housing, town centre schemes and joint ventures.
- Commercial agreements, collaborations, outsourcing and alternative service delivery models.
- Public law advice, including procurement and subsidy control; experience advising on commercial matters, ideally involving the public sector.
- Strong drafting skills across a range of commercial documents.
- Some knowledge of public procurement and public law.
- The ability to communicate complex advice clearly and confidently.
- A commercial, pragmatic approach and excellent attention to detail.
