Our Legal Operations department is in the market for a Framework Assistant to join the team on a permanent basis. Based out of our Nottingham Office, the Framework Assistant is responsible for providing proactive, high level support to the legal departments, taking ownership for managing allocated frameworks, associated client accounts and service levels, and ensuring that both internal and external client expectations are exceeded.

The role will work closely with the framework team, fee earners, central teams, as well as external clients therefore the successful candidate will need to be a confident andorganised individual with excellent stakeholder engagement and communication.

Other technical skills for the role include:

  • Ability to analyse and interpret complex data, including contract documentation
  • Experience of using IT systems to generate reports, formatting and editing as required
  • An aptitude for producing documents and client communications of the highest standard
