We are looking for an Associate to join our Government & Infrastructure team, advising public bodies and private sector organisations on a broad range of non-contentious commercial matters, with a particular focus on major regeneration projects.

Responsibilities

  • Major projects and regeneration – housing, town centre schemes and joint ventures.
  • Commercial agreements, collaborations, outsourcing and alternative service delivery models.
  • Public law advice, including procurement and subsidy control; experience advising on commercial matters, ideally involving the public sector.
  • Strong drafting skills across a range of commercial documents.
  • Some knowledge of public procurement and public law.
  • The ability to communicate complex advice clearly and confidently.
  • A commercial, pragmatic approach and excellent attention to detail.
