We are seeking a talented solicitor with expertise in corporate law and transactional experience to help advise our clients on various matters and contribute to our business development efforts.

About the Role:

As a key member of our corporate team, you will advise our diverse client base on a variety of corporate finance transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and private equity deals. Your role will be crucial in managing cases from inception to completion, ensuring that all client needs are met with the highest standard of legal service.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver expert legal advice on a range of corporate finance transactions.
