As an Associate in our Commercial Team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality legal services to a diverse range of clients. You will be involved in a variety of areas within the role including drafting and negotiating terms and conditions of trading, agency and distribution arrangements, manufacturing and logistics agreements, IP protection and disputes and marketing issues, and lots more. This position offers the chance to work closely with experienced solicitors and partners, providing a unique learning and development opportunity whilst also providing an opportunity to make a significant difference to clients we work with.
