We are seeking an associate to join our Banking Team in the Manchester office. This is a fantastic opportunity to get involved with some of the biggest names in the banking industry, including Lloyds, RBS, HSBC, and Santander, as well as innovative debt providers like ThinCats and OakNorth.
In this role, you’ll dive into a variety of banking and finance matters, advising on everything from acquisition finance to restructuring. You’ll be hands-on in preparing and negotiating contracts, leading transactions, and steering client meetings.
A key part of the role involves business development and so the role gives the right individual the opportunity to build their profile and standing as a leading banking specialist in the North West market.
