We're looking for someone with real-world experience — whether you're already delivering training or have a solid site background (as a Ganger, Supervisor, or similar) and are ready to step into a training role with full support.
What You'll Do:
- Deliver engaging, accredited & in-house training (e.g. Abrasive Wheels, Manual Handling, Emergency First Aid, National Water Hygiene, Face Fit Testing).
- Support inductions for new staff and subcontractors.
- Assess learners and help them build real confidence and competence.
- Maintain high standards through quality assurance and compliance.
What You Bring:
- Experience in construction or utilities.
- Confidence to deliver both hands-on and classroom-based sessions.
- Strong organisational, communication, and IT skills.
- Recognised training/assessor qualifications (or willingness to work towards them — we can help).
