Are you ready to take full ownership of the marketing engine within a business operating at the heart of the UK’s office furniture and contract-interiors market? Our client is a highly respected, design-led organisation delivering premium furniture and fit-out solutions to commercial clients across the UK. With a strong reputation, established client relationships and a growing national footprint, the business is now looking to appoint a Senior Marketing Manager, based full-time from its London office, to lead, professionalise and scale its marketing function.

This role sits at the intersection of brand, demand generation and sales enablement and will play a visible, influential role in the next phase of the company’s growth.

The Opportunity

This is a senior, end-to-end marketing role with real ownership across strategy and execution. As Senior Marketing Manager, you will take end-to-end ownership of marketing strategy and execution across a multi-brand interiors business. Working closely with senior leadership in London, you will ensure marketing activity directly supports revenue growth, pipeline development and long-term brand positioning. You will inherit a business with strong foundations and significant headroom for growth. Your impact will come from introducing clarity, structure and commercial discipline across digital, content, events and brand activity. This is a role for a marketer who wants genuine influence, autonomy and the mandate to build something properly.

What We’re Looking For?

This opportunity is designed for a proven Senior Marketing Manager operating in a B2B, project-led or design-led environment, ideally within interiors, furniture, construction, architecture, property or adjacent sectors. You will bring:

  • A strong track record of delivering integrated marketing strategies across digital, content, email, social and events.
  • The ability to define and protect brand positioning across multiple platforms and audiences.
  • Demonstrable experience driving inbound demand and supporting sales teams with commercially effective marketing.
  • Confidence working with data, setting KPIs, reporting performance and optimising activity based on insight.
  • The maturity to operate as a trusted partner to senior leadership.

This is an environment for someone who combines creativity with rigour and is comfortable being accountable for outcomes.

Your Role and Impact

In this pivotal position, you will:

  • Own and lead all marketing activity, ensuring alignment with commercial priorities.
  • Develop and optimise the organisation’s digital presence, including website, social platforms and email marketing.
  • Shape and oversee content that clearly articulates design capability, project expertise and market leadership.
  • Enable the sales function with campaigns, collateral and events that convert interest into revenue.
  • Plan and deliver showroom events, exhibitions and client-facing initiatives that elevate brand presence.
  • Manage marketing budgets, track ROI and continuously refine strategy based on performance data.

You will be trusted to challenge assumptions, bring fresh thinking and build a marketing function that is fit for scale.

Why This Role Stands Out?

  • Strategic Ownership: End-to-end responsibility rather than channel management.
  • Senior Visibility: Direct influence with leadership and commercial stakeholders.
  • Creative & Commercial Balance: Freedom to innovate with clear accountability.
  • Growth Platform: Scope to evolve into a broader leadership role over time.
