Are you ready to take the next step in your career and play a key role in delivering essential clean water infrastructure? We're looking for an organised, hands‑on Site Supervisor who can bring energy, leadership and a commitment to high standards across our reservoir and water treatment work sites.

As a Site Supervisor, you will oversee day‑to‑day construction activities across our clean water storage reservoirs and treatment works. You'll make sure work is delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards, coordinating teams, managing resources and ensuring compliance with method statements, risk assessments and permits. From leading briefings and monitoring subcontractors, to maintaining accurate site records and managing plant and materials, you'll be at the centre of site operations keeping projects running smoothly and supporting a culture of safety, teamwork and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For: We're seeking someone who brings both technical understanding and strong people skills. Someone reliable, proactive and confident in supervising teams within a fast‑paced utilities environment.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous site supervision experience within the utilities sector (water industry preferred)
  • Understanding of reservoir maintenance and repair methods (e.g. joint repairs, waterproofing, drainage or pipework installation)
  • Strong knowledge of health, safety and environmental requirements
  • Good communication, organisation and leadership skills
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
  • Confident using basic IT tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Essential Qualifications:

  • Full UK driving licence
  • EUSR National Water Hygiene
  • SMSTS or SSSTS
