We’re looking for a proactive Performance Manager to support the delivery of major water infrastructure programmes. You’ll help drive performance, improve processes, and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Track and report project performance (KPIs, budgets, milestones).
- Produce weekly/monthly reports and develop dashboards.
- Maintain project schedules (Primavera P6) and analyse programme performance.
- Administer contracts via CEMAR and support change control/claims.
- Monitor resource allocation and support capacity planning.
- Support PMO governance, standards, and continuous improvement.
- Engage with clients, internal teams, and supply chain partners.
- Document and improve processes; support digital transformation.
- Assist with H&S/quality data analysis and tender submissions.
- Experience in construction/infrastructure (water sector ideal).
- Strong project controls/PMO background.
- Proficiency with P6 and CEMAR.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset and a drive for continuous improvement.
