We are looking for a proactive and experienced Site Agent to join our team and support the successful delivery of water mains renewal schemes across the London region.
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
As a Site Agent, you will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day site activities, managing resources, materials, subcontractors, and site teams, while maintaining a strong focus on health, safety, and environmental compliance.
You will work closely with clients, local authorities, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery, proactively resolving challenges, monitoring progress, controlling costs, and driving continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.

What We're Looking For
- Experience managing utility, water, or civil engineering projects in a site-based leadership role.
- Proven ability to coordinate site operations, resources, materials, and subcontractors to achieve programme targets.
- Strong understanding of health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements within construction or utilities environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build positive relationships across site teams, clients, and suppliers.
- Effective problem-solving, organisational, and leadership skills with a proactive approach to project delivery.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Water Hygiene, NRSWA Unit 10 (or equivalent), Safe Digging/Cable Avoidance, and First Aid qualifications.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
