Browne are looking for a driven and experienced Contracts Manager to join our team and play a central role in planning, managing, and delivering essential infrastructure work. As Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of wastewater infrastructure programmes across the Southeast, ensuring every project is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Your technical expertise, leadership, and strategic insight will be crucial in building client confidence and delivering safe, high-quality solutions that support Browne's continued growth. This role requires you to be on site/at the office for at least 3 days a week. You can be based in either Falmer or Chatham; our work covers sites in Hampshire, Sussex and Kent.

Responsibilities- Provide leadership and experience to motivate multidisciplinary project teams across infrastructure projects
- Oversee full lifecycle management of wastewater infrastructure programmes, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency
- Manage budgets, schedules, and resources with strong commercial awareness
- Foster clear communication, strategic thinking, and effective problem solving with stakeholders
- Demonstrate high attention to detail with excellent organisational and time management capabilities
- Oversee end-to-end construction or utilities projects
- Collaborate with clients to manage relationships and set expectations
- Minimum of 10 years' experience delivering and managing infrastructure programmes
- NVQ Level 4+; SMSTS; CSCS; proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project
- Desirable: NEBOSH Construction, IOSH/CITB Site Management, PMP or equivalent, NEC Project Manager accreditation
