Kick-start your career in construction management and help shape projects that make a real difference. We're looking for a motivated Apprentice Construction Site Manager to join our team and gain hands-on experience delivering high-quality builds safely, on time, and within budget.
As an Apprentice Construction Site Manager, you will support the day-to-day management of construction projects while learning how to coordinate site activities, ensure compliance with health and safety standards, and maintain quality across all phases of work. You'll work closely with experienced site managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to keep projects running smoothly, assisting with planning schedules, monitoring progress, and resolving on-site challenges. This is an excellent opportunity to develop practical skills while studying towards a recognised qualification, gaining exposure to all aspects of site management including communication, problem-solving, and leadership.
You will be enrolled on a Level 4 Construction Site Supervisor Apprenticeship with a local training provider. This programme will involve one day per week of off-the-job learning, alongside four days of practical, on-site training to develop your skills and experience in the role. The course will last for a total of 3 years subject to the training provider.
Please note that the contractual location for this role will be Apsley. Our sites are based across the Southeast, and you will be required to travel to sites within these areas on a daily basis. A company van will be provided to support travel as part of your role.
What We're Looking For:

- Basic understanding of construction processes (desirable but not essential)
- Willingness to learn and work towards a relevant qualification (e.g. HNC, NVQ, or degree apprenticeship)

Qualifications:
- Grade 4 or above in GCSE Maths and English OR Level 2 Foundational skills in English and Maths OR the understanding you will need to complete a Level 2 Foundational Skills qualification in English and Maths alongside the apprenticeship
- Full UK driving Licence
