Our Holt office is looking for an Administrator to join their team. This is a diverse role which will suit a highly organised person with a proven administrative background, good interpersonal skills, and a high level of professionalism. The successful candidate will support the Residential team by dealing with general correspondence, enquiries from the public and property management administration.
Responsibilities
- Project File management
- Document management - preparing reports, formatting and proofreading, including letters, reports and similar.
- Taking external enquiries - new instructions, client queries, invoice queries
- Diary management
- Liaising with landlords, contractors, and utility providers
- Arranging routine property inspections (quarterly/annual)
- Supporting the property manager with ad hoc administrative tasks
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative role is essential
- Experience supporting an estate agency or property management team is desirable
- Working with contractors, tenants, or customer-facing environments
- Strong organisation and record keeping skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
