An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a busy, progressive and growing construction business.
The Business
Our client is a highly successful Contractor, providing a full range of construction services for Retail, Commercial, Leisure and Residential clients including new builds, fit outs and full refurbishments. Due to continued expansion and a strong pipeline of secured work they are now seeking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to join their friendly team based in South Yorkshire.
The Role
As Quantity Surveyor you will work closely with the company’s Commercial Director, and their friendly commercial team, with responsibility for quantity surveying duties on allocated projects up to £10m in value.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor in a Main Contracting or Fit Out environment
- Team player
- Excellent communication skills
