The Role
As Quantity Surveyor you will be required to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all aspects of quantity surveying are conducted efficiently and effectively including accurate preparation of cost estimates, initial and ongoing budget management, and programme adherence of projects values up to the value of £4m (new build and refurbishment).
Requirements
- Degree / HND / HNC in quantity surveying or construction related field or relevant experience.
- Proven commercial experience as a Quantity Surveyor, managing multiple projects with values up to £4m in a fast‑paced environment.
