We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Trainee Quantity Surveyor to join our client in Leeds. This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting their career in construction who wants hands-on experience, structured development, and progression within a supportive commercial team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents
- Support the commercial team with measurement, valuations, and cost reporting
- Help manage subcontractor enquiries, comparisons, and payments

- Work closely with project teams to help ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Learn and develop core QS skills with support from experienced surveyors
