We have an exciting Project Management role at a growing main contractor, delivering leisure-oriented projects across the country.

Key Responsibilities

  • This hybrid role sits above site-based delivery Project Managers, handling projects from the pre-construction stage through to delivery, and supporting project delivery teams by liaising with the client and other stakeholders.
  • The role covers sites across the country – regionally and nationally – and does not require a permanent site presence.
  • The successful candidate will spend roughly three days visiting sites and two days working from office or home.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record as a Project Manager covering multiple build projects, within a large regional or Tier 1 main contractor environment.
  • Involvement in pre-construction processes.
  • Comfortable handling high levels of client interface.
  • Strong commercial and contractual awareness.
  • Excellent interpersonal and people-management skills.
  • IT competence, including use of Microsoft Project.

Location & Working Pattern

  • Preferred based in the Yorkshire area (commutable to Leeds). Other flexible locations may be considered.
