An excellent opportunity is available for a Construction Contracts Manager to be the key lead for a growing Northeast regional main contracting business. The role will join an established regional office with a strong core delivery team and good forward order book, who have a good spread of projects across multiple sectors including industrial, commercial and education. You will be setup to succeed and will be given the tools and support to deliver further growth from their base in the Durham area.

Therefore, those with the following experience would be encouraged to apply:

  • Proven experience in contract management and project management, specifically in the construction industry, with a focus on newbuild projects ranging from £3m to £10m (across the areas of education, commercial and industrial build).
