Brown Rudnick is seeking a talented mid‑level Commercial Litigation Associate with 3–5 years of post‑qualification experience to join our internationally recognised litigation team in London, UK. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to work on complex, high‑value disputes across diverse industries.

As part of our team, you will contribute to every stage of litigation – from pre‑action work such as injunctions of all types and mediation to preparing pleadings and applications/hearings, client and party communications and disclosure processes; conducting in‑depth legal research; taking witness and expert statements; and supporting trial preparation and overall case strategy – while also handling complex arbitrations.

Experience with contentious tax matters and disputes involving copyright, data protection, defamation, privacy and breach of confidence preferred.

Our Dispute Resolution Department in London serves a wide variety of clients in connection with many exciting and challenging matters in a dynamic environment. The team is comprised of high performing, creative thinking trial lawyers, many called to the bar. Qualifications

  • Qualified solicitor in England & Wales.
  • Strong academic background with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • 3-5 years post‑qualification experience in handling complex commercial litigation before courts, arbitration panels and tribunals.
  • Demonstrated experience handling injunctions and mediations; preparing pleadings and applications/hearings, client and party communications and disclosure processes; conducting legal research, taking witness and expert statements and supporting trial preparation and case strategy.
  • Experience acting for both claimants and defendants.
  • Comparable law firm experience preferred.

Salary range based on experience level and location is estimated to be in the range of £164,000 – £190,000.
