Why Join Us: We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Trainee Estate Agent who will develop into a Lettings Negotiator within our fantastic residential Lettings team at Brown & Merry. This is an entry level role where you will learn all aspects of residential lettings.

Your Role: As a Trainee Lettings Negotiator, you’ll generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate agreements, agree lets & progress lets through to exchange and completion.

What We're Looking For: Preferably an experienced sales person, exceptional customer care/service experience. Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Hold a Full UK driving license.
