This is a pivotal role, with the responsibility to generate and implement strategies to drive growth for our customers’ spirits categories. Working across Grocery, your time will be spent building relationships with our customers, collaborating with internal teams and generating insights which will change the way people shop and unlock category growth. This a role that requires to be in the office 4 days a week and Fridays working from home. Our office is in Fitzrovia in central London.
What You Can Expect
- Be at the forefront of creating and executing strategic plans for your assigned customers.
- Support the development and creation of a three year category vision that will transform our customers’ business.
- Curating the right mix of products within spirits, planning their placement, and influencing visual merchandising to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
- Creating compelling sell-in stories for Innovation to engage and gain distribution across the trade.
- Regularly tracking and analysing the performance of your customers against key metrics will be essential to identify areas for improvement.
- Scope and embed the picture of success for Brown Forman across your key customers.
- Work with senior stakeholders in our customers’ businesses to identify opportunities and build collaborative, joint business plans to grow the spirits category for both the customer and Brown Forman.
- Become our customers’ leading and influential whisky category partner.
- Working collaboratively with the Brown Forman teams joining the dots between shopper, consumer, brand and commercial to create powerful insight that gives our customers a competitive advantage.
