The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
This is a regional sales role leading B-F Joint Business Partnerships located within a specified geography. You will have the full ownership of crafting and delivering the commercial agenda managing all variables (commercial, marketing, activation) to deliver the plan whilst shaping the longer term strategic and commercial plans for your customer ledger.
An important part of this role will be to lead the brand activation plans, working closely with Customer Marketing internally and the customers' events and media partners.
What You Can Expect
- Build Business Partnering - Build and develop best in class relationships both internally with key stakeholders and externally with our retail operators, some of which are diverse and dynamic expanding groups. Looking beyond the outline of customer business plans to pursue new opportunities/ways of working to strengthen the relationships and performance within the customer ledger.
- Develop Commercial and Strategic Planning - Develop robust Regional Business Plan for the customer ledger through working with key functions such as Finance and Customer Marketing to create commercial and strategic plans that deliver long term sustainable growth.
- Lead the Customer JBP/Tender Process - Plan, agree and deliver the objectives of both parties in a timely manner, managing the process from start to end ensuring that the agreed JBP/Contract delivers against B-F key metrics as well as delivering against the customers' KPIs/key asks.
- Manage the regions P&L - Meet/exceed annual volume, value and profit objectives across the B-F portfolio of brands within your region through constant review of performance, adjustment to forecasts and overall management of budgets.
- Own the Operative Process - Ensure all admin (internally and externally) is complete correctly and on time, such as regular customer invoicing, review of forecasts, delivery against execution, group compliance, timely submission of tenders and other administrative activities within the channel.
