This is a pivotal leadership role within our GBS Pricing and Rebates team. You will not only guide pricing governance across eight diverse markets but also mentor a talented, multi-national team of ten specialists. As we continue our digital transformation with SAP S/4HANA and Salesforce, your strategic vision will directly impact our margin visibility and bottom line. Meaningful Work From Day One
This position will facilitate and coordinate financial reporting, and analytical activities with regards to Direct and Indirect Customer Rebates. This position requires the attention and focus on communicating quantitative and qualitative information in a clear, accurate, and timely manner to the finance, accounting, and commercial teams. Furthermore, this role leads pricing governance and rebate strategy across 8 European markets, overseeing commercial finance processes that support $500M+ in annual revenue.
The working style for this role is 4 days a week in the office with Fridays working from home.
What You Can Expect
- Lead and develop a European team of 10 pricing and rebate specialists across the United Kingdom, India, Italy, Spain, Czech Republic, Germany, and Poland.
- Partner with commercial, sales, and finance leadership across Europe to optimize pricing structures, improve margin visibility, and support strategic decision‑making.
- Support the global rollout of the SAP S/4HANA CCM rebate module, advising emerging markets on implementation strategy and process design.
- Lead the end‑to‑end implementation of Salesforce across 6 European markets, redesigning workflows to reduce rebate processing time and improve reporting transparency, contract visibility, and data accuracy.
- Drive successful deployment of SAP S/4HANA and Trade Promotion Management (TPM) tools to optimize margin tracking and financial compliance.
- Deliver financial forecasts, P&L analysis, and variance reporting to senior management, supporting commercial strategy and market performance.
- Manage pricing queries and check if these have been authorized in order to have audit traceability.
- Keep a close communication with internal and external audit.
- Provide any necessary documentation and submit all the requests in time.

What You Bring to the Table
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or business administration, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years experience in Finance, Customer service or Sales Admin department.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Demonstrated ability to deal with ambiguity and to make recommendations independently based on logical assumptions and factual information.
- Experience with computer applications in accounting, budgeting and financial analysis. In particular, advanced Excel proficiency (must be proficient at advanced formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong ability to analyze/interpret data & generate/clearly communicate insights.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
