The Brand Manager is a valued member of the Emerging Brands team and a highly motivated marketer, looking to shape the future of an exciting super premium spirits portfolio in very dynamic categories!

Meaningful Work From Day One

In this role you will be responsible for driving profitable growth of Chambord Black Raspberry Liqueur & Fords Gin, ensuring best in class execution and collaborating closely with the Head of Emerging Brands and key UK & Global stakeholders. This is a role which requires a strong ability to advocate & champion these special brands, strengthening stakeholder engagement and acting with an enterprise mindset to deliver meaningful impact. The working style for this role is 4 days a week from our modern office in Fitzrovia in central London, with Fridays working from home.

What You Can Expect

  • Value Creation
    • Development of annual brand plans, ensuring clear strategic alignment with global & UK portfolio growth priorities and commercial objectives.
    • Guardian of the brand P&Ls - optimising strategy, investment, pricing & promotions across channels & SKU mix while monitoring brand performance and implementing corrective actions.
    • Manage and track the A&P budgets for the brands including regular meetings with finance and budget owners to track spend.
  • Strategic Relationships & Partnerships
    • Lead and champion the brands amongst key internal & external stakeholders, supporting the Head of Emerging Brands to shape the direction and growth of the portfolio.
    • Cross-functional collaboration: Engage, influence and collaborate with internal cross-functional partners across Insights, Customer Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Legal, Finance and Global teams. Translate brand strategies into actionable plans that support effective execution across the business.
    • Lead productive working relationships with external agency partners (PR, creative, media and BTL).
    • Collaborate closely with Global brand teams on portfolio strategy and NPD.
    • Act as a role model of B-F values - support a Diverse and Inclusive culture where different perspectives are encouraged and individuals feel connected and valued.
  • Drive for results
    • Bring the brand plans to life by delivering best in class communication strategies and activation plans, partnering closely with the UK cross-functional team (Customer Marketing, Advocacy and Commercial) and Global team.
    • Market research and ideation: Work with the Insights & Category teams to leverage consumer & shopper insights, category performance and cultural trends to shape actionable growth plans.
    • Performance tracking and optimisation: Set KPIs, track performance, and identify key learnings to optimise activities, championing a test & learn approach.
    • Partner with supply chain and global team as needed, to ensure UK needs are fulfilled.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Marketing or related qualification (or equivalent experience).
  • FMCG/Spirit/CPG background.
  • Experience in executing ATL and BTL activities.
  • Commercial acumen, P&L literate.
  • Passion for brands and able to translate this into an “ambassador” style of attitude and behaviour to the rest of the organisation.
