Working with one of the world's most iconic and valuable spirits brands, Jack Daniel's, along with premium spirit brands such as El Jimador, Woodford Reserve, Chambord, Diplomatico Rum and Gin Mare, you will join a high‑performing team and be an integral part of the Brown‑Forman business. You will support the NAM and Senior NAM in driving commercial success and excellence within the UK off‑trade through collaboration with key stakeholders, internally and externally.

What You Can Expect

  • Build Strong Relationships – develop strong external relationships with retail partners and internal stakeholders, looking beyond the outline trading plan to uncover new opportunities for performance enhancement.
  • Drive Supply Chain Collaboration – ensure forecast alignment, analyse inventory to manage availability, and communicate proactively with customer service and demand planning.
  • Support Brand Activation – work with Customer Marketing to deliver activation plans and evaluate outcomes, driving growth in store and online channels.
  • Develop Commercial & Strategic Plans – collaborate with RGM, BBI, Customer Marketing and other functions to create long‑term sustainable growth plans using data and commercial insight.
  • Administration Accountability – ensure all internal and external administration is completed on time, such as invoicing, promotional nominations, new line forms, cost‑price changes and forecast updates.

Strong sales and account management experience with a proven track record of delivering brand growth in a competitive environment. Demonstrated ability to forecast and analyse accurately, with an attention to detail. Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with an eye for new opportunities to exceed the plan. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Google Workspace.
