Revenue Growth Management is a critical growth driver for Brown-Forman and sits at the heart of our ambition to deliver sustainable, profitable growth in a rapidly evolving spirits market. As Senior Revenue Growth Management Manager, you will partner closely with Brand, Commercial, Finance and Leadership teams to unlock value across our portfolio through best-in-class pricing, promotional effectiveness, pack architecture, channel strategy and customer profitability. This is a highly visible strategic role with the opportunity to shape the future of RGM in the UK business. You'll influence some of our most important commercial decisions, balancing short-term performance with long-term brand and value creation across iconic brands including Jack Daniel's, Woodford Reserve, Diplomático, El Jimador and Gin Mare.
We're looking for a commercially ambitious and intellectually curious leader who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys solving complex business challenges and is passionate about creating value through data-driven decision making. The working style for this role is 4 days a week from the office with Fridays working from home. The internal title for this role will be RGM Manager.
What You Can Expect
- Partner with the Head of Category & Commercial Strategy to define and execute the UK Revenue Growth Management roadmap, embedding RGM at the centre of commercial decision making.
- Shape the long-term commercial strategy for the portfolio, identifying opportunities to accelerate revenue growth, improve profit delivery and strengthen market competitiveness.
- Lead strategic pricing and revenue management initiatives across the portfolio, ensuring pricing decisions drive both brand equity and sustainable profitability.
- Develop robust scenario modelling and forecasting to support annual planning, medium-term growth strategies and key commercial investments.
- Optimise price-pack architecture to ensure the portfolio captures changing consumer needs, occasions and channel opportunities.
- Improve promotional effectiveness through rigorous evaluation of customer plans, investment efficiency and return on investment.
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer and channel profitability through data-led recommendations on mix, trade investment and revenue quality.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to develop channel and customer strategies that support premiumisation, recruitment and profitable growth.
- Evaluate strategic business opportunities including new routes to market, customer propositions, innovation launches, tenders and commercial investment decisions.
- Establish and evolve market-leading RGM capabilities, tools and processes, helping build a value-growth mindset across the organisation.
- Provide strategic commercial input into innovation, portfolio development and route-to-market decisions.
- Monitor performance of key RGM initiatives, identifying opportunities, risks and actionable recommendations to maximise impact.
- Act as a trusted commercial advisor to senior stakeholders, influencing decisions through clear insights, compelling storytelling and strong business acumen.
What You Bring To The Table
- Strategic RGM Expertise: You bring significant experience in Revenue Growth Management, Commercial Strategy, Category Leadership or Commercial Finance within a leading FMCG/CPG or Beverage organisation. You have a proven track record of delivering profitable growth through pricing, promotional strategy, portfolio management and commercial decision making.
- Commercial Acumen: You understand the drivers of value creation and profitability, with strong P&L awareness and experience influencing strategic business decisions through robust analysis and insight.
- Advanced Analytics & Insight: You combine analytical rigour with commercial pragmatism, translating complex data into clear recommendations that inspire action and drive business outcomes.
- Leading Through Influence: You excel in highly matrixed organisations, building strong relationships across Sales, Marketing, Finance and Leadership teams to deliver shared objectives.
- Growth Mindset: You are comfortable challenging the status quo, identifying new opportunities and driving capability development in a fast-evolving commercial environment.

What Makes You Unique
- Experience within Beverage Alcohol, Premium Consumer Goods or FMCG environments is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of pricing strategy, promotional effectiveness, portfolio management and revenue growth principles.
- Experience leveraging consumer, customer and market data sources such as Nielsen IQ, Circana, Kantar or equivalent.
- Strong financial and scenario modelling capability with advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with TPM, pricing or commercial planning systems is advantageous.
- A passion for understanding consumers, customers and market dynamics to drive competitive advantage.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrix organisation with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
