You will lead the paid, earned, and owned communications agenda for Jack Daniel’s in the UK, the brand’s largest market outside the US. You will shape how Jack Daniel’s shows up culturally, socially, and in media, ensuring our storytelling is distinctive, meaningful, and commercially impactful. This is a Maternity Cover for 12-14 months. The working style for this role is 4 days a week in the office with Fridays at home.

What You Can Expect
  • Develop and own the UK communications strategy across PR, earned media, social, influencer, and partnerships
  • Lead and orchestrate the Jack Daniel’s integrated communications brief
  • Partner with the media agency to optimise channel mix, investment decisions, and effectiveness (MMM)
  • Establish and embed the new That’s What Makes Jack, JACK integrated campaign
  • Oversee and amplify key partnerships (e.g. Revive Live)
  • Translate brand positioning into culturally relevant storytelling that reinforces Jack Daniel’s premium credentials
  • Track performance, analyse results, and optimise based on insight
  • Analyse market trends and competitor movements to inform strategy
  • Lead and orchestrate the Jack Daniel’s annual Brand Planning process, ensuring strategic alignment with commercial objectives
  • Partner closely with Sales, Insights, Customer Marketing, and Finance to translate brand strategies into actionable commercial plans
  • Manage A&P budgets, tracking, and spend management
  • Build strategic relationships with the Global Team
  • Coach junior members of the team

  • Senior-level marketing background with a proven track record in fully integrated campaigns
  • Strong understanding of UK media, culture, and creator ecosystems
  • Demonstrated success in brand strategy, campaign development, and digital/social media
  • Experience in spirits or FMCG is required

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate global strategy into local execution
