Working at the historic Glendronach distillery, you will be responsible for creating an unforgettable customer experience. This will include hosting tours, tastings and providing retail opportunities for our customers to take home memories of their visit.

Responsibilities:

  • Host tours of the distillery and provide a range of tasting experiences.
  • Support the retail side of the visitor centre by selling products and merchandise.
  • Welcome visitors, manage tasting experiences and answer their questions.
  • Prepare and serve drinks in the bar areas.

Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service experience in hospitality or retail industry.
  • Confident, friendly welcoming of guests.
  • Experience in the whisky industry or a strong interest in whisky.
  • Self-starter who can manage time between both locations.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and vision for future experiences.
