Meaningful Work From Day One

  • Supporting building and delivering the Joint Business Plan along with the key processes in managing off trade grocery/wholesale customers e.g. sales reporting and analysis, BUP building, planning and forecasting, budget management, promotional evaluation.
  • Full P&L responsibility for some of our smaller but important retail partners.

What You Can Expect

  • Build Strong Relationships - Build and develop strong relationships both externally with our Retail Partners and internally with Key Stakeholders across functions. Understand the customer and trading environment through time in store to drive sales and the relationship.
  • Drive Supply Chain Collaboration – Ensure forecast alignment, analyse inventory to manage availability and stock cover, working closely with customer service and demand planning.
  • Support Brand Activation - In collaboration with Customer marketing deliver the activation plans followed by measure and evaluation to support future planning.
  • Develop Commercial & Strategic Plans – Collaborate with key functions to develop commercial and strategic plans that deliver long term sustainable growth.
  • Administration Accountability – Ensure all admin (internally and externally) is complete correctly and on time.

  • Strong sales and account management experience with a proven track record of successfully delivering brand growth.
  • Demonstrated ability to forecast and analyse accurately, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Google Workspace.
