This role within Brown‐Forman UK's On Trade & Prestige function is critical to executing the Specialist Retail and Wholesale strategy. You will be accountable for delivering key performance indicators across the BF portfolio within the region, including distribution volume, pricing, brand education, visibility, and promotions.

Collaborating with the On Trade Wholesale and Prestige Regional Sales Managers you will define sales, distribution, promotion goals, and commercial strategies for Specialist Retail and Wholesale customers. The role demands the ability to drive business development within the wholesale and specialist retail space with a strong understanding of sub‐channels and a heightened focus on the BF Malt portfolio.

What You Can Expect

  • Contribute and implement London & Prestige Business Unit Channel Strategy: influence and drive distribution through Specialist Retailers and Wholesalers.
  • Develop account plans: including volume, promotional activity, visibility, logistics and financial information along with KPIs for measuring results.
  • Build and maintain key relationships: cultivate a strong network, prioritizing in‐trade engagement.
  • Achieve sales and distribution goals: deliver targets for Specialist Retail and Wholesale customers in the account base.
  • Manage pricing and promotions: oversee pricing, brand education, visibility, and promotional activities in account base.
  • Analyze performance and evaluate initiatives: assess the impact of sales, distribution, and promotions.
  • Drive business development: pursue growth opportunities.
  • Foster internal partnerships: build strong relationships across Brown‐Forman.
  • Participate in team development: nurture a high‐performing team focused on London & Prestige Business Unit excellence.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Strong knowledge of the Specialist Retail and Wholesale channels.
  • Established network within the Specialist Retail and Wholesale channels.
  • Strong sales experience covering a range of wholesale and retail environments, ability to quickly infer customer and channel needs as well as the ability to unlock insights from data and use them to drive growth with our trade partners.
  • Experience in customer negotiations at a regional level, and a sound knowledge of UK trading environment.
  • Strong Business Acumen, P&L experience.
  • Passion for Malts and a proven ability to deliver brand sales stories.
