- Champion Responsible Growth: Execute incentive programs under RSM guidance while consistently upholding corporate and social responsibility guidelines.
What You Bring to the Table
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- IT and Social media experience and maturity â MS Office applications & Google applications.
- Strong Business Acumen.
- Fluent English, both spoken and written.
- Strong communication skills (influencing, listening, presentations, written).
- Selfâstarter with ability to plan, prepare and gain alignment with others.
- Able to prioritise with demonstrated ability to organise and manage multiple projects to completion by specific time bound deadlines.
- Ability to build strong relationships at all levels with strong stakeholder awareness.
- Collaborative team player who is adaptable, flexible and resilient.
- Full UK Driving Licence (unless located in London).
