The GTR Customer Marketing team is passionate, multicultural and experienced, collaborating every day with cross-functional teams to enrich the traveller's journey through an elevated brand and shopping experience. This role embraces Trade Marketing planning and execution responsibility to ultimately deliver sustained material brand growth across the entire portfolio.
As Customer Marketing Manager, you act as a vital bridge between brand strategy and commercial execution. The role includes support to key account managers and Trade Marketing planning responsibility to ultimately deliver sustained brand and business growth.
What You Can Expect:- Manage the Customer Marketing Planning in Europe, Middle East, Africa and India.
- Responsible for the EMEAI customer marketing planning and implementation; define the annual trade marketing plan for B-F Brands, setting the KPIs and planning in collaboration with Marketing and Commercial team.
- Trade show attendance and Customer meetings: serve as "face of the brand" and leader in establishing productive relationships with customers through various meeting formats, including trade shows.
- Work with agencies and suppliers of promotion items, merchandising units and promotions to ensure timely implementation.
- Coordinate goals setting and measurements to ensure goals are achieved throughout both physical and digital connections with traveller/shopper.
- Participate in the brand's strategic plan by analysing past activation programs, sharing recommendations and optimisations, maximising ROI and brand equity building.
- Define, manage, and follow up annual activation plan, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Commercial, Finance departments, and leading external agencies.
- Drive continuous evaluation and improvement plan with relevant KPIs, documented and shared with relevant partners.
- Collect and share competitor's activations and best practices.
- Lead and develop the EMEAI Customer Marketing Team (2 persons).
- Manage the Customers' digital ecosystem planning and leverage the full extent of the customer's digital solutions to address regional communications objectives.
- A Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of brand or trade marketing experience.
- Strong analytical skills, organisation and project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to work on projects with cross-functional teams.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to operate effectively in a collaborative, matrix environment.
- Experience in people management and development.
- Fluent in the understanding, practice and implementation of the marketing mix to achieve brand business objectives.
- Ability and readiness to travel within the region and internationally: Travel 25%-30%.
- Successful track record in full mix trade marketing in the premium spirits industry and/or luxury brands.
- Experience working in the Travel Retail channel.
- In addition to the mandatory requirement of English, other language skills are a plus.
- International experience, working in a multicultural environment.
