Meaningful Work From Day One. Lead the global brand strategy to drive long term growth for Benriach scotch & Slane Irish whiskey. Define & execute comprehensive marketing plans across both key pillars of range architecture and global content strategy. This position will be the brand custodian monitoring growth and performance across key geographies and providing thought leadership for long term growth. Internally your title will be Senior Global Brand Manager – Benriach & Slane. The working style for this role will be 4 days a week in the office and Fridays at home.
What You Can Expect:
- Help develop and lead the articulation and development of long term vision and roadmap for Benriach & Slane.
- Lead the development and execution of annual global brand plans.
- Own and deliver the global brand playbooks.
- Partner with markets to help develop local brand plans, monitoring plan execution in line with brand positioning.
- Define long term Brand architecture and innovation pipeline in line with brand and market ambitions.
- Lead the global content strategy including PR & social for both Slane & Benriach development and execution.
- Own the global e-commerce channel strategy, defining execution standards for key partners to maximize conversion and brand presence.
- Work closely with Finance partner and markets to ensure the execution of pricing strategy to drive long term value growth.
- Manage the marketing budget to ensure effective resource allocation and profitable growth.
- Cultivate strong relationships with senior internal stakeholders (e.g., sales leadership, regional marketing, local marketing) to ensure seamless global execution.
- Work closely with Global advocacy manager on deployment of brand spokespeople.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 10 years+ brand marketing experience, preferably working in global roles.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement complex, long-term global brand strategies.
- Strong financial acumen including P&L management, budget ownership, and resource allocation.
- Highly developed influencing, presentation, and negotiation skills to gain buy-in from senior leadership globally.
- Proven ability to lead innovation processes from market insight and ideation through to successful global product launch.
- Comprehensive knowledge of integrated marketing principles (paid, PR, digital, experiential).
