Responsibilities

  • The role focuses on developing the Border stores and Cruise channel with the Europe region.
  • Lead the implementation of the Border store strategy and grow the channel within the GTR Europe region.
  • Contribute to the development of the cruise channel strategy by establishing a clear understanding of the channel, customer routes and on-trade strategy in Europe.
  • Strategic expansion and optimization of distribution channels within the Global Travel Retail (GTR) market, specifically Border stores and exploring growth opportunities within the cruise channel across Europe.
  • Collaborate across internal stakeholders in GTR teams and with customers, including duty-free operators, wholesalers and cruise line executives.
  • Share best practices with other GTR teams globally to optimize overarching GTR strategies, identify synergies, and drive market growth and brand presence.
