Location/Division: Loughton
Vertex are currently recruiting for a Multi-skilled Mobile Engineer to join our Capacity Team. Reporting to the Site Supervisor, you will attend various sites as and when required. You will provide all round engineering support maintaining the buildings infrastructure. The Mobile Engineer acts as a co-ordination point for the day-to-day activities on site, building a relationship with clients and tenants.
Key Responsibilities
- Completion of PPM and reactive tasks
- Issue relevant site permits as part of the Safe System of Work
- Identification of materials and any extra works required
- Timely implementation and recording of statutory inspections/service reports
- Control of third party contractors where required to include monitoring of performance
- Service and repair of all commercial and domestic A/C plant including FCU, VRV, VRF
- Mechanical, Electrical plumbing and fabric duties required
The hours of work average 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 08:00 & 17:00. However, flexibility is required to complete the duties associated with the role.
