About the role

Ready to make an impact or looking for a meaningful career change? Lead and inspire students on our dynamic Beauty Therapy course at the London College of Beauty Therapy!

We’re seeking passionate and experienced professionals with expertise in Beauty Therapy to inspire and shape the next generation of industry talent.

As a Lecturer in Beauty Therapy, you’ll deliver innovative teaching, combining practical learning with key theories to drive exceptional student outcomes. You’ll lead by example, developing high standards, challenging and supporting our students on their educational journey.

About you

  • Qualifications: Level 2 and Level 3 Qualification in Beauty Therapy. Teaching qualification or willingness to pursue one upon appointment (ideal but not essential).
  • Experience: Strong industry experience within Beauty Therapy and teaching experience in an educational setting (ideally Post-16).
  • Expertise: Outstanding current knowledge of all Beauty Therapy areas including massage, body and facial electrical treatments, salon health & safety, and the beauty industry.
  • Passion: Creative, enthusiastic, and driven, with excellent communication, and interpersonal skills, dedicated to commencing a career in teaching.
