The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
This is truly an exciting time to join the Arthrex Arthroplasty team and as such we are looking for a driven and credible salesperson with good sales and key account management experience and a proven track record of success winning competitor business.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deliver on the UK national strategy for Arthroplasty sales with a focus on flagship and strategic accounts and partnership sales across the region.
- Manage, develop and expand key regional KOL surgeon relationships.
- Have a thorough understanding of the NHS landscape and utilise frameworks such as TOS3 to create sales opportunities and drive projects across the region.
- Utilise the Arthrex UK Medical Education and resources to differentiate from the competition and encourage customers to partner with us for their arthroplasty business.
- Work to upskill territory managers and increase their understanding of the UK arthroplasty market and in-depth knowledge of our product portfolio.
- Collaborate with territory managers on an effective regional arthroplasty strategy.
Education and Professional Experience:
- Ideally degree educated. Relevant fields like medical, anatomy, sciences, sports science or physiotherapy beneficial.
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in medical sales.
