Our King’s Lynn office is seeking an Administrator to join its established team. This is a varied role suited to a highly organised individual with a proven administrative background, strong interpersonal skills, and a high level of professionalism. The successful applicant will provide efficient business support within a busy office environment, working alongside a team of surveyors.
Responsibilities:
- Project file management and project administration.
- Document management – preparing reports, formatting and proofreading, including letters, reports and similar.
- Invoicing and financial administration.
- Organising office and client meetings.
- Delivering accurate, high-quality transcription from dictation.
- Occasional minute taking.
- Diary management and organising travel arrangements.
- Assisting with the administration for presentations and seminars for the office.
- Ordering stationary and other office supplies.
Requirements:
- 3 – 5 years’ experience in an administrative role.
- Proficient at using Microsoft software such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and oral communication.
- Organisational skills.
- Word processing and audio typing.
- Presentation of work and attention to detail.
