This summer we're pleased to offer an Internship programme for current university students who are excited to start their journey within the Insurance industry. We believe this is a fantastic opportunity to get real world, hands-on experience all whilst developing key skills that will support professional growth.
What to expect from our internship:
- Gain hands-on experience - engaging with real projects and tasks, developing required skills and industry knowledge.
- Take part in mentoring - being paired with experienced mentors for guidance and support throughout the internship as well as support and exposure to Senior Leadership.
- Learn through a structured development plan - a comprehensive programme has been designed to be rich in learning, to support technical and professional growth.
- Network - this internship provides an excellent opportunity to connect with industry experts and build a professional network within the insurance industry.
Who are we looking for?
- A penultimate year University student with a genuine curiosity about the insurance industry.
- Available for the entire 8 weeks of the Internship (Monday 7th July 2025- Friday 29th August 2025).
- Right to Work in the UK.
- On track for a 2:1 degree (in any discipline), and attained GCSE in Maths and English - grade 4 (C) or above.
- Self-motivated with strong time management skills.
- Experience using the Microsoft 365 suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented and adaptable team players.
