The team in Warrington have been going from strength to strength and are now looking to add a Senior Commercial Account Handler to the team to ensure their clients receive the best possible service.
You will be dealing with clients across the Commercial Insurance sphere from Liability to Property and back to Commercial Combined.
On a day-to-day basis you will be:
- Looking after clients and supporting Account Executives on account management.
- Building and maintaining effective professional relationships.
- Handling and responding to product queries from clients quickly, efficiently and accurately.
- Checking and sending out proposals and policy documents, both electronically and via post.
- Dealing with mid-term adjustments, renewals, new business quotations.
- Building up detailed knowledge about the company's products in this specialist scheme.
- Completing all administration and paperwork in accordance with Company and FCA Procedures.

Your experience:
- You will have strong working knowledge of Commercial Insurance across a range of products (ideally including Professions risks).
- A well-developed skill set that includes strong communication, negotiation, time management, influencing, stakeholder management and IT skills coupled with the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Prior experience of Acturis would be beneficial.
