Responsibilities
- Act as first point of contact for compliance issues
- Complaints coordinating
- Ensure compliance monitoring plan is on target
- Conflicts of interest policy/register review and ensure up-to-date
- Deal with TOBA issues/maintain TOBA register
- Ownership of risk register/updates
- Disseminating Compliance Information/Conduct Management Information to the Board
- Attend LIIBA/Lloyd’s/London Market training/seminars
- Ownership of Gift & Hospitality registers
- Due diligence of producing brokers
- Responsible for keeping Compliance Manual up-to-date
- Regulatory returns to FCA / FSMA
- Product Oversight Monitoring
- Monitor Insurer security ratings
- Internal Audit function
- Internal Risk Assessments
- Conducting compliance training for all staff
- SM&CR oversight/monitoring
- Training oversight/monitoring
- Ad Hoc Compliance requirements as and when required
Skills & Experience
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in Italian (spoken and written)
