This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrative professional to join our Real Estate team, on an initial 9 month contract.

Reporting to the Group Real Estate Manager, the main purpose of the role is to oversee European operational requirements and manage the relationships with external suppliers, allowing Teammates to focus on their core roles.

  • Request, update & maintain records for Real Estate, Facilities, Health and Safety
  • Maintaining the Property Terrier updating key information from locations & suppliers
  • Assisting with gathering of information for office moves & acquisitions
  • Act as first point of contact for any Real Estate issues arising
  • Logging of reactive calls for maintenance of Real Estate Portfolio
  • Support the Group Real Estate Manager & Group Real Estate Officer in delivering a consistent and efficient service across the group

Previous administration experience

A high level of IT skills with experience of Microsoft packages

Hold a current UK driving licence
