Overview

Product Governance Executive (Commercial Insurance) – Brown & Brown Insurance (UK) Central Product Team, based from home with attachment to the Mark Lane London Office. Location: London (hybrid/remote working offered).

Job Purpose

Job Purpose:

  • Work with the Head of Product Retail & Digital Division and the Central Product Team to achieve the objectives of the Product Oversight & Governance policies and processes.
  • To liaise with and build working relationships with senior leaders & key product personnel across Brown & Brown Europe.
  • Assist with the Product Governance management & reviews and all ancillary responsibilities.

Principle Responsibilities and Accountabilities

1. Pivotal role in the implementation of BBE Product Governance Policy & Process within the Retail Including Digital Division & meeting required timelines.

  • Insurer communications & negotiations.
  • Collation of required Documentation.
  • Product Distribution Assessments
  • Associated intranet work
  • Maintaining the Approved Markets & Product list

2. Supporting Brokers where required within the Retail & Digital Division with their product management & governance requirements.

  • Assisting Product Managers where relevant with guidance regarding responsibilities & requirements
  • Collation of required documentation.
  • Product assessments
  • Associated intranet work
  • Maintaining the Approved Markets & Product list.

3. Assisting with the development & support of the Central Product Team

  • Commercial Insurance based technical referral within the team
  • Assistance to teammates within the Central Product Team
  • Helping develop & support the less experienced teammates within the Central Product Team
  • Assisting Head of Product.
  • Collation of Product Development information
  • Collation of associated Product Governance work.

Previous experience within Commercial Insurance is required to be considered for this role.
