Insurance Advisor Location: Poole (On-site)

Package: Salary negotiable, monthly bonus + benefits

As part of our continued commitment to delivering exceptional service to both our clients and our people, we are looking to appoint an Insurance Advisor to support business growth and ensure clients continue to receive the high standards of service they expect. This role focuses on renewing existing policies, providing new quotations for growing businesses, and handling customer enquiries, alongside general customer service responsibilities. You will also be supported with ongoing training and development to help progress your career over the coming years.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clear and appropriate advice to business clients on suitable levels of insurance cover based on individual needs
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to achieve renewal and retention targets
  • Negotiate terms and quotations for MTAs, cancellations, and renewal business in a timely and efficient manner
  • Identify and recommend relevant additional products aligned to clients’ needs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with insurers and underwriters, with a clear understanding of appetites, classes, and niche sectors
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and company procedures
  • Consistently prioritise the fair treatment of customers, actively applying the principles of Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) and Consumer Duty in all business activities
