Program Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic, committed and approachable graduates who hold a degree level qualification. The Graduate Development Program will give you exposure to key areas of insurance broking, including broking, handling, claims, operation, risk management and sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in a personally designed rotational programme that will give you exposure to key areas of insurance broking.
- Develop your skills and knowledge of the insurance industry while pursuing professional qualifications through the Chartered Institute of Insurance.
- Develop management and leadership skills to benefit the business and help shape future leaders.
Qualifications and Desired Attributes
- A degree in any subject, ideally mathematics, economics or business.
- You are an upcoming or recent university graduate.
- Desire to work towards professional qualification.
- Analytical capability coupled with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply.
- Motivated self-starter with a can-do attitude and lots of enthusiasm.
- Team player with open communication when working with others.
Development and Training
- The opportunity to work in a variety of areas and different branches of our business across your dedicated region.
