In-house Employment Lawyer Location: London (Hybrid)

Reporting to Chief Legal Officer, this role provides expert, pragmatic and commercially focused employment law advice across Brown.
- Commercial: Demonstrates business acumen, practical, pragmatic and cares about growth.

Desirable (Beneficial) Sector Experience: Previous experience working within Financial Services industry is desirable.
Regulatory Awareness: An understanding of the regulatory landscape (e.g., FCA requirements) would be advantageous in contextualising material.
