Commercial Renewals Manager Location – Orpington Salary – Negotiable + benefits We are looking for a Renewals Manager to support our Commercial Business division based out of the Orpington office location. The Renewals Manager will play a central role in overseeing the end-to-end renewal process for our commercial insurance clients. Working closely with account executives, underwriters, and support teams, you will ensure a seamless and efficient renewal cycle, balancing client needs with business objectives. You will need to be dynamic, organised, and results-driven, with a proven track record in managing renewal processes and a strong focus on customer retention and satisfaction. This role will suit someone who thrives in a structured yet fast-paced environment, understands commercial insurance, and is passionate about delivering exceptional service while driving retention and growth. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage the renewal process for commercial insurance clients, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. Coordinate with account managers, underwriters, and brokers to deliver competitive renewal terms and retain key business. Lead and support the renewals team, ensuring processes are followed consistently and effectively. Monitor client portfolios, track retention KPIs, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products. Implement initiatives to improve client experience and streamline renewal workflows. Support strategic planning for renewals, including forecasting and performance analysis. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal quality standards. Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities for team members. Act as an escalation point for complex or high-value renewals.
