We are looking for a Renewals Manager to support our Commercial Business division based out of the Orpington office location. The Renewals Manager will play a central role in overseeing the end-to-end renewal process for our commercial insurance clients. Working closely with account executives, underwriters, and support teams, you will ensure a seamless and efficient renewal cycle, balancing client needs with business objectives. You will need to be dynamic, organised, and results‑driven, with a proven track record in managing renewal processes and a strong focus on customer retention and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the renewal process for commercial insurance clients, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
  • Coordinate with account managers, underwriters, and brokers to deliver competitive renewal terms and retain key business.
  • Lead and support the renewals team, ensuring processes are followed consistently and effectively.
  • Monitor client portfolios, track retention KPIs, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross‑selling additional products.
  • Implement initiatives to improve client experience and streamline renewal workflows.
  • Support strategic planning for renewals, including forecasting and performance analysis.
