We’re expanding our team at Brown & Brown to ensure we continue providing an outstanding service to our clients. The team in Halesowen have been recording some excellent growth over the last few years and we need to make sure they are fully supported as we continue to grow.
We’d be interested in talking to Account Handlers who are comfortable in dealing with a broad range of small and medium sized clients with exposure to larger risks being beneficial but not essential.
On a day-to-day basis you’ll be:
- Assisting clients with renewals, mid-term adjustments, documentation queries and quotations for additional products
- Working closely with the account executives on larger cases
- Building strong relationships with clients and insurers to maximise retention levels
- Ensuring documentation and systems are accurate
- Working in a compliant and timely manner on all cases
- Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders

Your experience:
- You’ll have a solid grounding in commercial and corporate insurance with exposure to the main commercial insurance products including Property, Liability, Fleet, PI, D & O, Cyber and packaged solutions
- Your skill set should include strong communication (both written and verbal), negotiation, relationship and stakeholder management, IT and influencing skills coupled with an eye for detail
- You should also be comfortable in dealing with customer enquiries via phone, face to face and email
